This is my latest interior painting project: the kitchen walls were painted an atrocious orangey-peach color (that looked like a soft and calm color on the can front, but NOT upon application, my mistake!).

So I went to Home Depot last week and selected a gallon of paint that had primer built in, and repainted my walls this beautiful variation of an eggshell... and I love my kitchen again!

I appreciate your blog. I find it very informative and knowledgeable. I would like to use some of the information for our site.

I think it would be better to go with darker shades in the kitchen area, as kitchen walls can easily get stained and dirty than any other place in the house.
